How can I get a refund or return the products?

Products can be returned or refunded within 3 days of receiving the order

Status of recalled products:

All returned products must be in their original condition. This includes perfumes, smokers and scented oud, which must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to return products (within the UAE only)

Contact the company via WhatsApp, quoting the order number and the reason for the return

The product will be sent by the shipping company

Again, we will determine who is responsible for paying the shipping charges after reviewing the reasons for the return.

How are my refunds deposited?

After receiving the products in good condition, all refunds will be credited via the original payment method made during the order, whether it is cash or return via bank account within approximately 10 working days We will ask for ID and the return will be provided at the same price as the order.
